Northern Illawarra Meals on Wheels provides an efficient, comprehensive and flexible service that delivers nutritional meals and social support to eligible people. Our organisation supports people to have the right to make choices and be valued as individuals and have their goals and wishes met.

Northern Illawarra Meals on Wheels provides a personalised meal delivery service with a large selection of frozen meals delivered daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Our service offers an in home support for those requiring greater support with meals, the meal is heated in the home for the client.

Our organisation also provides a social support service which includes assistance with shopping, outings to cafes, libraries or other local places of interest. Alternatively we can arrange a friendly in-home social visit.

Our service has a strong emphasis on wellness and reablement to help people remain in their homes as long as possible. We deliver to frail older people over the age of 65 or 50 for those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders.
